All products sold by EK1 Solution, except for online content, are shipped via FedEx. It takes approximately 2 business days to prepare your order after payment, after which the shipping information will be updated.

If a hardware issue occurs, a series of tests will be conducted to verify the problem before proceeding with a product replacement.
Customers are welcome to return the product using the most economical option, such as USPS or EMS. The shipping fee you paid for the return will be reimbursed as store credit.
